We have set up a huge digital e-medicine store with admin office in a commercial building owned by us, where there is a huge stock of medicines, from where all sales and delivery activities are managed by professional pharmacists and customer satisfaction is ensured by using the skills of skilled administrators.
Providing medicine services to all our customers is managed through a digital pharmacy website and app. For a long time we were in this business through retail pharmacy shops but recently with the expansion of business through e-commerce in Bangladesh and even all over the world, we have also taken the initiative to provide digital online services. And practically we have been able to do business with limited customers in retail pharmacy shops but through online we are planned to provide medicine sales services to all customers in the whole of Bangladesh.
Legality of online medicine in Bangladesh Yes, and our business model complies with the regulatory requirements of the Bangladesh government and we are fully legally authorized to sell and distribute medicines through online services. We also maintain the Medicines Act 1940, Medicines Rules 1946, National Medicines Policy 1982, Medicines Control Ordinance 1982, Medicines Control Ordinance 2004 and National Medicines Policy 2005.
